What PETICO Professional is

PETICO Professional is a professional veterinary workspace: a single place where a veterinary professional receives an owner's question, sees the animal it concerns, answers it, and keeps the record of what was decided. It is the professional side of PETICO, the pet health platform used by owners.

The two halves are built to connect. When a pet owner sends a question through PETICO, it arrives in PETICO Professional with the pet's record, the owner's own observations and any evidence they attached — so the veterinarian is not starting from a blank page and a stranger's name.

What it does

Pet records — the animal's history, kept across visits and across clinics rather than restarting at each one.
Owner requests — questions from pet owners, routed to the right veterinarian with the context needed to answer them.
Cases — a clinical case worked from first question to outcome, with the reasoning recorded alongside it.
Appointments — proposing, scheduling and following up on appointments that come out of a case.
Secure communication — messages between the veterinarian and the owner, and second-opinion consultation between colleagues.
Professional workflows — transferring a case to a colleague or a clinic, writing records back to the pet's history, and the credential verification that decides who may practise on the platform at all.

PETICO Professional is not a standalone product that happens to share a name. It is one side of a system: PETICO for pet owners, PETICO Professional for the veterinary professionals who serve them, connected so that a request made in one arrives with its context intact in the other. Every veterinarian on the platform is verified by a person before any owner can be routed to them.

Where it runs

On the web — the professional platform at console.petico.app, which needs no installation and works in a current browser.

On Windows — a packaged desktop application distributed through the Microsoft Store, for veterinarians who would rather have the workspace as an application on their machine.
